Helped me have better organization

My experience with Gabriella up until this point has been rather great for starters she explains topics in an incredibly concise manner has a deep understanding of the material that she teaches and genuinely enjoys her job. From what I can tell she’s a very supportive individual and is beyond trust worthy.

My son, now 11 years old, signed up for Coachbit back in 2021. Through the pandemic, through changes in school and friendships - this has been his constant! He’s an introvert but his coach, Gabriela, knows just how to pull him out of his shell and get through to him. She can sense if he’s had a bad day, if he’s struggling with a module, or if he has something to celebrate! He really loves her, trusts her, and looks forward to interacting with her each day. In terms of the coaching program, I think it’s brilliant. It’s the subtle drip of information and the enthusiasm of the coaches that has made such a difference. At the end of the school day, one would hardly imagine a child would want more “work”, but they make it really fun. I have seen the results and I’m thrilled. My son has transformed from a child who was scattered and overwhelmed to the first one ready to get out the door, ready to take on new challenges for the day. He hops on his homework without hesitation, senses when his energy is low and knows how to take short breaks. He sets goals for himself, he has a solid routine, and he has a really positive outlook when it comes to school. The best part is when he gently coaches his little brother, teaching him how to stay organized, motivated, and mindful. His little brother just started a few months ago and he’s equally enamored. Opposite personalities, as sibling go, and yet his coach, Matthew, seems to know exactly how to get through to him. It’s a fabulous program. I’ve recommended it to so many people. I’m so grateful I found it!

I'm a proud Coachbit parent. I signed up my daughter for coaching in 2021, and it has been a stellar experience. Coach Zara has been instrumental in meticulously laying down long-term behaviors that have leveled up her grades and lowered her stress levels. It is a long-term and valuable investment. I believe so much in the Coachbit vision and passion for kids that joined the company full-time at the start of 2023, helping to change more kids' lives the way Coachbit has changed my daughter's.

Unfortunately this was not a good fit for my 16 year old son who is working on focusing on homework, tracking assignments, and getting them in on time. The team was very nice and tried, but we did not see changes as we had hoped. The company was very interested in my feedback and responsive to my complaints. We had paid for 6 months and used 4, and were generously refunded 50%.

My daughter was barely passing her grades. She had a very negative outlook on life and waited for life to happen to her. 6 months of Coachbit assisted her to focus and thrive. It has been a year since she completed her coaching but the good habits stuck and she is a more balanced individual

1. It is a very impersonal method of communication. Not ideal for older children/ teen especially those who are suffering from lack of motivation to begin with. A quick 10-15 min exchange of texts, not much else was done. It’s very easy for an unmotivated teen to lie/ give answers that the ‘Coach’ wanted and get away with it. There was no video discussion etc. Also there’s not a good way to cancel subscription. Both email addresses , or hello and billing at Coachbit.com are invalid addresses. I’m having to write the email addresses this way because this portal does not allow email addresses to be written

This was nothing like it was described during the initial consultation. We were under the impression this would be a daily call or communication via an application. The coach contacted my son daily. There wasn't a single live conversation (not even to set-up goals). it was completely asynchronous using chat and voice memos. The coach started off by explaining how to form a habit (a very academic explanation) and proceeded to send instructions on how to make his bed. This did not resonate with my son. If your child struggled during remove learning when it was asynchronous learning -- this is not the solution for you.
