No Actual Recovery, VERY DISSAPOINTED
So I hired this company to help get a report and communicate basically on getting my case to Law Enforcement so they can issue a subpoena or request information to the exchange that the hacker used (Not them directly but maybe through connections, resources, liasons they may have). They go on about having ex FBI detectives and CIA as a part of their team but don't utilize them to help the consumer. I did my tracing to see if I could follow where my assets ended up before CNC did their forensic audit and it confirmed my assessment. I will say they compiled a nice report/pdf that I can present to law enforcement which I admit was organized. The issue is I keep getting the runaround. I have talked to the FBI in Dallas, and they say to fill IC3 reports, I filed 4 so far. My police department said they don't deal with Internet crimes or fraud, and referred me to file a report with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). I did that as well. I have also filed other reports as well. I can't GET ANYBODY TO ACCEPT MY CASE SUCH AS A DETECTIVE OR LIEUTENANT TO ISSUE A SUBPOENA OR REQUEST OF INFORMATION. This is where I need CNC to step up their game. I need all hands and resources UTILIZED. I need representation in the sense of getting the information and reporting to Law enforcement to take action, but I've about lost my mind at this point because progression is extremely stagnant and time is key. I am questioning why no reviews (Not just Trust Pilot) show SUCCESS stories. I assume it would be about keeping the identity of the consumer safe, it's because there are no success stories it seems. I need CNC to help me get the report to law enforcement so that way I can get passed step one, but it seems like it's impossible. The people, in my case, do seem nice, truthfully, but the lack of progression is infuriating. WILL GLADLY CHANGE THE REVIEW AND EVEN REFER INDIVIDUALS IF I SEE IMPROVEMENT. (This isn't a threat, it's just me wanting my assets back)

Dear Mel, Thank you for your feedback—we welcome all input as we continuously strive to provide the best service possible. We understand how frustrating this process can be. Law enforcement works hard, but like any investigator, we cannot control or guarantee the outcome of an investigation. That’s why we are always clear about our role—our job is to conduct forensic tracing, compile detailed reports, and provide guidance, all of which we have completed in your case. While we don’t issue subpoenas, we remain available to assist any law enforcement officer handling your case. If there’s anything further within our scope that we can do to help, please let us know. Kind regards, The CNC Intelligence Team
