Even the police officer said its useless
Even the police officer said there is nothing to do with the CNC report.
most of the info they gave me was stuff you can find on Whitepages. a 331 page report mostly with the family names of the mule account the hijackers used to get my money most of it is uncorrect.
It took them 3 month to give that report that didn't help much, i need a new private investigator....
They have a horrible service in which you can set a video chat a day after with a guy from India who doesnt know nothing .
They dont let you talk to the actual guys who did the report, only the guy in India tha repeats himself like a parrot, I am totally disappointment.

We delivered a 331-page report containing detailed research into the reported beneficiaries, asset and contact information, associated individuals, and other investigative leads. The research drew on established investigative databases beyond freely available websites. We also provided six supporting letters concerning entities that may hold further relevant records, to support requests through appropriate legal process. This work extended substantially beyond a Whitepages search.
Please identify the specific information you believe is incorrect so we can review it and correct any confirmed errors. We would also welcome the officer’s specific feedback to understand and address their concerns. Associations identified in database records are investigative leads requiring verification, not proof of involvement in wrongdoing.
Your engagement ran from July 19 to September 9, with the report delivered within one month of receiving your complete supporting documentation—not three months. You also had multiple conversations with several team members and in-person meetings with a representative at your local office.

Hey everyone,
I recently fell victim to a crypto scam and wanted to share my experience to warn others about three interconnected recovery scam operations: CNCINTEL, PAYBACK LTD (aka MONEY BACK LTD), and CYBER-FORENSICS. They are all part of the same fraudulent network, and here's how I discovered their deceitful practices.
Firstly, these scammers employ various websites to attract unsuspecting victims, such as catfishscam.org, online-scams.org, defraudsters.org, and findfraudsters.net. What's interesting is that all these websites share the same IANA ID, utilize identical WordPress templates, and are hosted on the same server (namecheap). This commonality strongly suggests a coordinated effort.
As I sought help after being scammed, I reported the incident to one of these websites, which happened to heavily promote cyber-forensic.net. Shortly afterward, I received an unsolicited email from a person named Simon Lev (possibly shortening his name from Simon Leviev, a notorious Israeli scammer). He claimed to represent CNC Intelligence and stated that my email had been passed on to his company, as they were reputedly the best in the recovery business. I found this highly suspicious and questioned the legality of such information sharing.
During my interactions with Simon Lev, I repeatedly asked him to provide details about the legitimacy of his company. Surprisingly, he couldn't answer any of my questions or provide information about the supposed lawyers working for the company or a license number. It became increasingly evident that this was an outright scam.
To my disbelief, two weeks later, I was contacted by yet another Israeli company named Ben Noyman from PAYBACK LTD (aka MONEY BACK LTD). Once again, this was an unsolicited email. When I inquired about how they obtained my email and information about my scam, they completely ignored my questions, leaving me even more convinced that these two companies were just different faces of the same recovery scam operation.
It's essential to exercise caution and steer clear of these fraudulent entities. Dealing with them will only result in further financial losses. They are the bottom feeders of the scam world, preying on vulnerable victims. In fact, I have taken the matter to the Israeli police and filed a report against them for attempted scamming. Additionally, I have lodged a complaint with the data protection regulatory body, as sharing personal information without consent violates the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981.
Please be aware of the type of individuals you may encounter while seeking recovery services. Stay vigilant and avoid falling into their trap, remember only lawyers and law enforcement can actually retrieve crypto assets.

This is the email reply I received from CNC and subsequent phone conversation with Simon where he wanted multiple $1000 payments to investigate multiple scams from same account. I asked him why multiple pay for same overall scam and why he did not want to do on recovery percentage basis. Is this an internal CNC email and stunning, the crypto scam recovery team is scam.

We have reviewed our records carefully. We do not have any invoice issued under your name, and no paid engagement was opened in our system.

We disagree with this characterization.
The referenced judgment was entered by default, without CNC Intelligence LLC having been properly served as required by law. A motion to vacate that default judgment is currently pending before the Dane County Circuit Court, and a hearing has been scheduled.
The same dispute was also reviewed by PayPal, which decided the case in CNC Intelligence’s favor and closed the matter.
CNC Intelligence provides professional investigative services pursuant to written agreements with clear terms regarding scope, delivery, and dispute resolution, and we stand by the work performed in this matter.
