They are working well

CNC has been from the day I contacted them up to this point has treated me as a victim of fraud and scam. The company, with its employees and professionals, has handled my case very well. Their instructions are clear and free from confusion. Especially, the way they handle the Pro Bono program is helpful, understanding, and clear. I am still working with them, which is a testament to their reliability and the ongoing support they provide. I have dealt with several so-called fraud recovery individuals who are playing until they catch me at a point of weakness and ask me for money, but CNC, they are great. I’d say I’m having pretty decent experience, Zack was very understanding of my situation & is doing the best he can to aid my situation.

Customer service was polite and understanding. Offered pro bono service as well to help trace the amount I had lost. Directed me toward the right steps to take in the correct sequence. Encouraging words do help motivate people to make sound decisions going forward.

I like the fact that Mr Levi showed empathy to a medical circumstance and decided to offer service Pro Bono.

Offering a helping hand , because I don't know how to trace/ track down these scammers.

UPDATE! On 1/26/2025 I spoke with Jordan Amos he was very easy to talk to he listened to the experience I had with vexiant. he explained everything to me all of the process I will be going through. Jordan said I should also file with the FBI I most definitely will today! I got scammed 2k from this vexaint group and all I wanted to do was help my family. I pray I can get that money back maybe one day. I know this will be a long process I am only going to give a 4 star because I just found this company after being scammed 2k. I know that's not a lot to some people but to us that's a fortune. I did get a phone call they hung up on me before I could answer but I did receive an email with the application for the pro bono so I just applied for the pro bono yesterday on January 19th 2025. As per their request I will also be contacting my local authorities and the FBI with all the information I have regarding the scam... I hope my case is reviewed and accepted. I look forward to updating this in the near future when I hear back from CNC intelligence inc.

I spoke to Eden and with her professional advice she offered me a ProBono case. I lost 700 dollars to a scammer using Coinbase and I'm confident this company will help me trace my stolen money since they have a good reputation. Stay tuned. I will report back here with what I hope will be great news. I am a 70 year old veteran, living on Social Security, who has been volunteering in a hospital emergency department for over 20 years, survived open heart surgery 5 years ago. The FBI ignored my IC3 report. Only CNC Intel cared.
