I had a situation where I made a purchase and only one part of the purchase went through I reached out to the customer service explained my problem and I literally got a response and this is through email by the way in less than 5 minutes they corrected the problem and some it's pretty amazing and I'm not saying that this site is not mainstream or anything like that but I've had similar problems with such sites as DraftKings MGM borgata etc and the resolution either took multiple days or weeks to come to a conclusion or the resolution never came at all I just wanted to let people know that one of the best ways to rank or help make a decision on whether you want to invest your money in it is the customer service the response time and actions as that is the most important part of any casino site because when it comes down to the most important thing which would be money on a casino site the site is only as good as the customer service team so thank you again clubs poker you guys are awesome and I will continue to invest in your site thank you for your professionalism patience and expediency

well the clubs poker team every last one of them make my experience great but if i had 2 chose 1 person that really has gone outta there way to make my gaming experience a great 1 i couldn"t chose cause there all great and have been here or behind me since day 1 thanks again clubs poker (hands down best poker/casino game out there] come join us u wont be dissapointed...

Great poker site. They run freeroll tournaments all day and most of the night. They give you a daily bonus that if you use right you can play for free. They got a real responsive team I had to email them one time and they responded the same day. I do wish we could upload our own avatar though

I purchased a deal for buying coins. I received part of the deal. I sent an email letting them know of my situation. I was ready to send evidence of my purchase or whatever they required. What I received was fast and very helpful. I was sent the remainder of my purchase the same day I received their email. I did not have to send any other information. So far I've had a wonderful experience at clubs they have been very generous and there site is easy to navigate and tons of cool slots I recommend them highly. I don't do that very often.
