It was quick and easy response from their team when I was redeeming my big win of 9000 sweepstakes coins and it wen into my account within 3 days. I am 100% team player at clubs poker and they have my support 100% through and through, best site I've ever played on by far! Way better then rhumba or modo!

Only ,$50 and although I'm an US citizen with correct documents my verification is pending and I watched them reply in 10 mins to my girlfriend's profile but when I messaged about my verification asking what they needed , it's been all day without a reply so far DONT PLAY HERE

I’ve been trying to redeem for over 2 weeks now it’s already been canceled out one time even though I supplied everything they ask for multiple times and right away I keep getting emails requesting the same shit I already sent them now I’m trying to redeem for a gift card thinking that would be easier and quicker and it’s the same shit all over again biggest joke I’ve seen in my life I normally wouldn’t care but I actually need my money right now and it’s getting really aggravating I keep sending the documents and asking to speak to an actual person with no response on any of it other than more document requests for the same shit it makes no sense other than their the biggest crock of shit site I’ve ever played on !!! I have screen shots of every document and request to speak to someone I’ve done does anyone know who to report to for stuff like this bc at this point I’m livid with the whole thing !

I made $6000 worth of purchases and played through the SC. My balance is now all redeemable. Each and every time I redeem any amount it ends up being returned to my balance and I get a copy/paste email from support saying in order to redeem I have to play through my balance. I am confused as the SC says it is all redeemable. I cannot work this out over email as it has been happening for 2 weeks and support is not helpful. I need assistance ASAP before I begin exploring chargebacks. Please get me in touch with a supervisor or a phone number to call.
