Updating my prior review: After the new bot detection roll out, I have been lucky to complete around 5-6 studies in several MONTHS. I logged on today to find that both of my remaining studies have been approved. So, I decided to check my score. It had gone DOWN from around 400 something to 56. DOWN. I closed out all of the other tabs prior to starting the studies. Never used a VPN. No AI. No bots. Was thorough and respectful to every researcher. Yet my score went DOWN over 300 points. FROM TWO SURVEYS THAT REQUESTERS DEEMED GOOD ENOUGH TO ACCEPT. And even received a bonus for one of them.

Non transparent and unethical company. Mistreats workers while soliciting them to give positive reviews on here to try and help their reputation.

I went from over night a 850 with their one star. They are a horrible company to do jobs for. When asking why this happened I was told the decision was final and basically not to question them. It was so rude, I don't recommend as a worker or researcher. Just do a google search to see for yourself. This isn't the only rating on trust pilot.

I have been a participant since 2024. I have 933 approvals with 3 rejections. I went from 5 stars to 1 star, with no reasonable explanation as to why. Don't waste your time trying to do any work with this company, as it is more concerned about its bottom line, than doing right by the people who prop it up.

Crap company with copy paste emails. I've been doing surveys at another site for years, i am always honest. I sign up here because someone said this company also does surveys that are legit. I sign up, answer only like 5-6 questions and says to wait for an email. I wait and nothing happens. I email them and they tell me in short they can't let me have an account, but can't say why. So absurd. I get if people have been banned and trying to create new accounts, or if someone who is a member sped through surveys. But I simply answered some demographics. Just be honest and say you have enough people with my demographics instead.

Been with the site as a participant for years and they recently updated the rating system without truly disclosing what goes behind the scoring. Extremely disappointing by this developement and will be bringing my work to somewhere else who would respect it.

they changed the rating system and now penalize participants for exiting out of studies. this threatens the integrity of research and forces participants to continue with studies that make them uncomfortable, underpay them, etc
