I'm very happy with cost/performance ratio of both the VPS and VPS Hybrid Server. I have had a VPS 4CPU/4GB since Feb this year and recently added a VPS Hybrid Server with dedicated 6CPUs/16GB. Both really impressed me in comparison to my experience at major cloud providers who offer minute/hourly billing but also in comparison to lesser known/cheaper VPS providers. So far Servercheap.net is coming out on top. I'm planning to keep my two VPSes and transition my servers from other providers over and add more VPSes at Servercheap.net. I was expecting with such a strong cost/performance ratio that there would be a compromise on customer service but not the case. Since Feb, all queries have been handled promptly and satisfactorily. As you can imagine, their servers are highly sought after and at times stock of a level or location is out. I wish there was an automated way to get notifications when a VPS is out and then stock replenished. But to be fair, Customer Care at Servercheap.net did contact me immediately once one became available.

Servercheap has allowed me to move to the cloud! Comparing this service to other place is night and day, much cheaper and has plenty of documentation to help you get along. There has been 0 downtime since my server has been received and the only person slowing me down now is me haha.

Never had any down time, and the service desk was quick and effective the one time I needed to contact them. Highly recommended as a VPS provider.

Very satisfactory! Good price and I haven't had any issues with any of my servers. Latency sometimes seems a little high, but that might just be because the server's in IL and I'm in MA.
