CloudbedsReviews of cloudbeds.com

My overall experience with Cloudbeds is really great, because of easy to use and also covers all needs. I do love the application marketplace. Thank you to support team for taking care of the customer and providing all the needed information

The understanding, the ready support it gave, the extension of that support and the kindness I felt overall from a company like Cloudbeds to a subscriber like me at Crossroads Hostel Manila during the crushing effects of the Covid-19 pandemic. The free use of the system, the discounts it gave over more than two years of its use of myAllocator — CloudBeds has all the right to put back the price of my subscription to where it was but it chose to be patient, kind, and giving. I know the stats of my property will bear it out but I didn't expect CloudBeds to give me that much discounts all throughout my hostel's ordeal. Kindness in corporate-to-corporate settings are rare and I commend Cloudbeds for its kindness

Overall the dashboard wasn't very user friendly. For instance, having to click 8 spearate times in order to facilitate a credit card payment isn't the best use of my time.

Honestly the best platform we ever had in hospitality business. In the other hand, make sure that the quality is not dropping as the ammount of customers increase. Customer Support could be improved even if I totally undertand that trainnings are not the easiest duty when we deal with such a big amount of culteres at the same time. Still, We hope we will have you for long time. Cheers!!

- Software is very easy to use and gives you full control without blurry points. - Customer service is fast, reliable and gives you the feeling that ''everything will be resolved sooner or later''

Maybe Cloudbeds can possible to provide a Trainer like example base in Bali to go to Property who use Cloudbeds and give 1-2 days intensive training to the staff in that Property. Thank you

Easy to use, mapped to online agents, just hope that we can improve the house account folios where we can create folios for guest not using rooms and do check-in and check-out on it as well.

Accuracy has been good. Customer service ok, except I asked the payment system to be turned off 2 or more years ago in 2 different conversations and discovered I was still being charged 35/month or whatever the fee is. They offered me 3 months refund. Not fair.
