Melissa came out to my condo on 31Jan2024 and was absolutely amazing! Very friendly & thorough listened to what I wanted done in the bedroom closets. I can't wait to work with her again when I do my Pantry! Gavin was the installer who came out today - AMAZING JOB! Did great detail, very friendly, efficient, cleaned up the mess. Very impressed! I would give this company 10 Stars if I could! I will be asking for both of these workers again in the future!!! Calling the company is also amazing no prompts you get a live person & they are so friendly. Keep up the great work!

The installer Darrin is excellent. He did such a professional job I would highly recommend him for your install. Naga the sales lady was also very good we are extremely happy with our new 3 bedroom closets

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a remarkable closet remodel designed by the talented Elise Seawell. Her attention to detail and innovative ideas transformed my space into a functional and aesthetically pleasing haven. The seamless integration of storage solutions and stylish elements has truly exceeded my expectations. Elise's expertise and vision have elevated the entire project, making it a delightful and practical addition to my home. I highly recommend her for anyone seeking a personalized and exceptional design experience.

Eva Santiago was absolutely amazing from the time she pulled up till the time she left!! I have never had a rep come to the house and be so respectful of our needs and requests. Sometimes the simplest things are the most important. We live in a duplex, Eva ensured it was okay to park where she did and as she walked in, she asked if we wanted her to take her shoes off. We just had new hardwood floors installed so this was most appreciated! As we went thru the design process she ensured it was how we wanted and if there was anything else we wanted to add or change. I have never been more happy with a representative coming to the house to market or sell something! Thank you for respecting our property and our budget!!

The installation by Jered and Alex was an excellent experience. They knew their job were polite and efficient. I am hard to satisfy. I really don't like the cabinet. Too deep and needs more glass exposure. The designer does not know me so she was doing her job.I will probably replace it when I do my basement. Sorry.

We had a GREAT experience with Closets By Design, Pittsburgh area! Madison came to our home and planned out and designed a full room walk-in closet. We did a few changes before the job was ordered and she was very helpful and patient with us. Billy came to our home to do the install, to our surprise he was alone. He was very professional, easy to talk to, and knowledgable. When the job was done, he had everything cleaned up.
