Closets By DesignReviews of closetsbydesign.com

Closet by Design installers came out on Sept. 24th 2024 to install my closet. I was very upset because I thought I needed more clothes rods but once I put my clothes in the closet and added a chair along with a small leg rest. I fell in love with my closet. I am so sorry for the first review I gave out of anger. I truly recommend Closet by Design!! The installers did an excellent job thank you very much!!! Janet R in Jonesboro GA!!

I designed a plan to convert my reach-in closet into a home office. Bianca worked closely with me to determine the exact specifications I needed, probably something that's a bit different from a typical closet design! They were very flexible with my schedule for installation and offered low-cost in-house financing.

Alayna Levey, my assigned designer, was absolutely amazing! She was prompt for our appointment and extremely thorough with measuring and describing all that was possible. Her tips were great! She was very patient and professional. She returned my calls, answered my questions, & explained the process including timing. Customer service reps were polite & knowledgeable. If they did not have answers to my questions they always passed on question to those who did & I always received a call back within reasonable time 24 - 48 hours. The installers, arrived on time, did a great job, kept the work area clean. At the completion of their work I was & am pleased with my closets. I highly recommend this company & have recommended it to friends & family.

I tried this company and was totally blown away I turned a bedroom into a walk-in closet with backing it looks awesome I also turned a small closet in my bedroom into a shoe closet with shelves and drawers I spent $22k. In the shoe closet the shelves were a inch too short however within a week they came and replaced the shelves and the service and installation was great I even changed 2 sections of shelves into hanging space and that was done at the same time I had to pay another $1400 but the job and service was absolutely great it was costly however you get what you pay for and I’m completely happy with product and service and my sales consultant Diana

Excellent service, quick design with all my thoughts and opinions in mind.

Eva Santiago was amazing. She was very kind, friendly, and professional. I’m very excited for my new closets!

Eva Santiago was absolutely amazing! She was prompt for our appointment and so thorough with measuring and describing all that was possible. Her tips were great too! She was very sweet and professional. I am a business owner and I would be extremely lucky to have such an employee! Jen M

Eva Santiago and her husband came by very quickly after I requested an estimate and designed several for my home. I told them I would start with a closet and they got me a great price and install was about 3 weeks later and it looks great! It was an irregular shape on a slanted ceiling and she found a way to maximize the space in there exactly how I wanted and gave me options so I could put my own input in it before she finalized. I can't wait to be ready for the pantry she designed for me so I can get that installed too. Its going to look so nice!
