Wow, I already did my review, this one is on my husbands behalf. We had our walk in closet installed today and when Edward got home he was so happy. He said he was happier than when he got his new golf clubs. Lol I had a long workday and was patiently waiting for him so we could go out to dinner as planned. He started putting his close in the closet and I couldn’t get hi. To stop. I said seriously, I’m getting made, I am so hungry. So thank you closets by design for making us so happy. Not one inch of wasted space. Nick P was great, very respectful and courteous. Our specialist who came out to measure did a fantastic job fulfilling our needs. All her measurements were accurate. Thank you, thank you.

Had a great experience in Charlotte, NC with Kelley Crowe. She came out to measure, promptly sent me the renderings with photos of other similar closet systems. The pricing was great and once we signed, everything went according to plan down to when they arrived for install. The installer did a great job, was very thorough and went over everything with me after he was done to make sure I was happy with the finished product. Very reasonably priced especially compared to other closet companies, would highly recommend!

We had the pleasure of working with Larissa Saanakorpi to re-design closet space and create new storage spaces. She was so easy to work with, professional, patient, listened to what we wanted, and made excellent suggestions. I highly recommend her; she is an asset to the company.
