Already ordered there twice. The northstar came without any problems and I really love that piece. My second order was a ring which was way too big - I measured it completly wrong. I wrote the costumer service and send it back and got store credit for it. My third order was the birdsnest and I couldn't be happier with it. I'm already thinking about buying another piece. C&C if you read this, please sponsor me otherwise it's going to be really expensive.

Bought the North Star necklace and pendant. Looks amazing, really happy with the quality. Ordered on Friday, arrived Monday on a bank holiday. Website tracking function was useful/accurate too. Highly recommended.

Abysmal customer service system. I was sent the wrong size of the ring I ordered. I placed an order for a size 10 ring And received a size 7. Of course I email them and the send me the automatic reply to please go on the portal and click on the thumbnail for exchange or return. My item was labeled ineligible to return. Naturally, I send another email asking if I could just exchange the size because I really wanted the ring. They sent me another automatic reply to which I ask again if there is any solution for the SYSTEMS ERROR. I haven’t heard back yet. The negligence is infuriating nobody should buy from here.

Thank you for your review. After taking a look at your original order 41834 - the size purchased was indeed a size 7, not a 10. We understand mistakes happen but sadly we did not have size 10s to exchange for you. Our support team were kind enough to approve an exchange and offer you a credit towards your next purchase as your item was on clearance. This credit could be used towards the Illuminati ring when it eventually restocks. Restocks do take place between 30-90 days. There was unfortunately no system error. The order was for a size 7. Our support staff tried their best to assist you and provide a reasonable solution.

I ordered three times with no issue, save for one order that I had to return at my expense because the ring was missing a part. The last order, however, was completely different. Although I asked for free shipping - and assumed that would mean shipping by regular mail as occurred on all previous orders - this time the order was shipped using FedEx. Upon arrival of the order to my country, I was contacted by FedEx and asked to pay a grossly high amount to release the order. I refused and contacted the merchant, which completely disregarded my claims, and said that all orders over a certain amount are shipped using FedEx whether I ask for it or not - something that is nowhere to be found on the merchant's terms page. I said that had I known this was the case, I wouldn't have made the order. I was ridiculously offered a discount on my next purchase instead of a solution to the problem at hand. I had to cancel the order to avoid the outrageous shipping cost.

I very nearly didn't order due to some negative reviews about delivery times... but I'm glad I did. I ordered on the 21st and it's just been delivered (23rd)! Very happy with that and with the Gold Road pendant and chain.

Would not order from this site again i ordered a necklace on the 25th of May and it still had not arrived (20th of July). I sent them two emails to which they responded they would get back to me but did not. I messaged the Instagram page and did get a reply stating they would resend the product I just needed to email them so I emailed for a third time to which they did respond saying that there was nothing they could do and that the original order should arrive soon as the mailing process was out of their hands. I’ve been tracking the order and it has not moved for over 2 weeks. Very disappointed and will not be ordering from here again. The product was needed for a birthday present which has now long passed, for the price of the items I expected better customer service.

Just received my Carnivore ring. They sold me a brass inlay, charged me a brass inlay and I received a sterling silver only Carnivore ring. What a waste of my damned time and money. BEWARE! Have photos of the ring, copy of the receipt and photo of the box on the back where it says materials are sterling silver. Section 74 bait and switch classic. I will be reporting to the competition bureau. **Update** Just got a response from Clocks and Colours, they want me to pay to send the ring back to them to replace it with something of equal value, waiting 45 days. But not what I ordered and they claimed I was paying for initially. No that is out of stock and was never in stock, they just said it was on their website.
