Edit: not as I thought- tons of spam emails and still allowing calls through to me voice mail. Disappointed I just started using the service yesterday. I can tell you that I have worked in the app to work through each thing that cloaked has presented. I received 10 or more spam calls everyday. Always the same- loan (I never applied for) and tax problem that is imminent (which Is BS) and today- 0 spam calls - 0 Highly recommend! Considering going on the family plan and adding my brother-he has a big problem with spam texts. Thank you! So far-excellent!

I've only been a Cloaked user for a few days but the experience so far has been great. It's daunting to search out where ever you information has gone but this app makes the process easier to manage. But, I had a little trouble with an unusual error that the automated system couldn't handle and "Arthur" a real person jumped on almost immediately and helped me through the issue. The app worked to begin removing information and blocking spam immediately... I just had a little trouble creating Aliases. But, they helped me resolve it. So... Thank you Cloaked and Thank you "Arthur"!! JW

I joined Cloaked about 6 months ago and I have to say, it has changed my life! No more spam calls is a dream, not to mention all the junk emails and snail mail. I highly recommend that you get this protection too in this changing world of internet and phone scams on steroids.

I don't want give them any stars. My voicemail won't work. They want me to reload their damn app just to fix a problem they created. If you haven't loaded their app DON'T. YOU WILL REGRET IT. WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP. THANKS FOR ALL THE EXTRA WORK I HAVE TO DO TO GET MY VOICEMAIL TO WORK AGAIN. TERRIBLE APP. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO CHARGE THE COMPANY FINANCIALLY IF THEIR APP CREATES A PROBLEM THAT YOU DIDN'T HAVE FOR THE PREVIOUS 10 YEARS. I've been trying to fix the problem with their AI helper what a waste of time none of the solutions have worked. I asked for human help and the message is they are having a higher than normal call volume and they'll get to me eventually. That's not a very good answer when I'm getting voicemails I can't access. If this was an emergency how am I to know. WHAT THE HELL. THANKS FOR NOTHING.

So tried them for a month and not only did their VPN mess with ALL my connections making even random devices I used not work that took me a bit of troubleshooting as they don't know what they're doing but claim they are getting "data brokers" off of the dark web and whatnot, and will tell you they are and give this fake little instant lookup of basic information already available and say "YOUR INFO IS LEAKED" type stuff, thats all bullcrap and easily searchable and public record, Not only did they NOT do anything other than slow my spam calls but as SOON as the next month came and I did not pay them, the flood gates got worse like they went around giving my information out purposely so avoid at ALL COSTS as you will regret it, I'm making sure everyone knows this and documented my entire experience as well and will be posting to youtube. They are data brokers themselves if I had to guess, and take your money, hold off a FEW calls, and now even though they claimed to had removed all this information supposedly I still happened to find on onion sites during data breach, they just take money and continue on their way and you get a phone number to call with people who know nothing about pc's at all,let alone data scraping private information back. DO NOT SIGN up, if its too good to be true, it always is and that price was clearly too good to be true and now I have 24/7 nearly voice calls from spoofed numbers and I've just changed my number as its easier. Not like I wasn't getting nonstop spam calls while on there so that million dollar insurance they claim to offer if you still get your information stolen or identity stolen while signed up with them, might wanna use that.

This company is incredible. Caleb and Frederick were so nice and helpful. They took the time to explain things to me and brought me some good insight into what I needed to know. They were both very knowledgeable and patient.

SCAM! Horrible service. Because I started receiving several scam calls (5-6) a day, I subscribed to cloaked. After three months of using, I was still getting calls. I contacted customer service, which is a task within itself, and they told me that it usually takes 4-6 months to see a difference. After using the service for over six months and still getting calls, I contacted customer service again. They told me that it usually takes at least six months to see a difference. I already had the service for six months and it was still the same. I cancelled my service, and within one week's time, I've gone from 5-6 calls a day to 23+ a day, just ONE WEEK! I'm convinced that when you complain, then cancel, they will share your info. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
