I put my number into their thing where you check to see if you're data is exposed. I found some stuff thought interesting then proceeded to fill takedown request etc. Since that day I've been getting an average of 5-10 spam calls that'll call me multiple times from the same area code as my phone number. (I don't live where my code is from) I believe they have an automated system set up to bombard you with spam calls so you buy their product. It doesn't match real scammer behavior, they rarely waste that much time to try to get ahold of a number.

As a cloaked customer for almost a year now I have had less spam calls, call Guard is great with the AI answering taking calls from spammers blocking most of those from reaching me quite a few actually the amount of spam calls has decreased exponentially. Further not only do they block spam calls they also take your name off of the list from data brokers from various sites they work 24/7 I also get a notification of how many of those lists I have been taking off of, and the blockage of spam calls for that particular day. I find this company is transparent, affordable, great Live customer service agents. I would recommend cloaked for my closest friends, the agent that helped me Frederik , he was exceptionally helpful . professional, and great to interact with. I will keep cloaking,,,,,Lol ... 🙂🙂🙂

Doesn’t work. No help. No refund. Stay away

Nothing went wrong. I never subscribed. It is one thing to see 26% (prox) complaints, but when I see a 5 star rating was given only because Cloaked compensated for the problem, but apparently didn't actually resolve, it makes the company appear quite problematic. I have already had enough loss of time being scammed, even though I was compensated. I don't have the time to court more loss of time and the possibility of having my checking account unlawfully skimmed after the fact,(which has happened 3 times in the last 18 months). It's nice to see that some people are apparently being compensated, but not to see a company fraught with time consuming issues. I don't need the stress and loss of time that never get compensated.

I had to call support when, being a newbee, I gave out my cloaked generated number to a site. Next thing I knew, I was getting a flood of calls and emails. My support tech, Jho, helped me get the number changed and explained how I could use Cloaked ID going forward. Love you his app!

I just downloaded Cloaked, so I can’t speak to the services themselves yet. However, I did run into some technical issues right from the start, and I have to say that having such a positive experience with technical support is a very good sign. I worked with Haze, who was extremely helpful and stayed with me throughout the entire process. It took some time to work through the issue, but Haze was patient, persistent, and ultimately helped get everything resolved. Thank you very much for the great customer service and support. It was a very positive first experience with Cloaked.

Great customer service (shout-out to Fredrik!) The service has really helped with spam calls and emails. It also gives me peace of mind to know that my identity is being protected.

I paid $60 back at the end of November of 2025. Here it is the beginning of September of 2026. I've been trying to get access to my account since then. I've been emailing and dealing with their worthless AI and still, no access to my account. I've never talked to a live person. They've never made an attempt to actually fix the problem or refund my money. Their customer service is worse than AT&T's and that's horrendous. Disappointed doesn't even cover what I'm feeling about this situation.
