It was a wonderful experience, though a rocky start, lol. Never a good idea to drive and chat and not have ear buds on ! Veronica's charming accent , based in England, with a tad of Australian or South Africa tonal qualities kept me in the game when I was going to end the call and start over with a recall. After stopping I was able to understand Veronica. Cudos to her for hanging in there with me. We were able to figure where things went wrong in the billing. I had used CLOAKED sucessfully about one year ago, it was very good then, consequently since I had a need again, I had no issues of using it again. I had been trying a couple of months to set it up, but since my phone number was already in their system I was unable to log into my old acct, since deleted by me at my end. But the number of spam calls per day is up to about 40-50, I had to get help/support from cloak, no matter how much time I spent solving whatever. LUCKY for me, when I called the support phone number, I got A Lady by the name of FLO. She took the time, with the patience of JOBE, & the Resilince, determination, knowledge, of a Navy Seal & IT Teck, SOLVED the issues, there were many in her problem-solving endevour. The app got installed, set up, & working successfully. A lessor person would have given up & passed the buck. She is an asset to the Company & the program. As an afterthought I should mention Flo was very personable, friendly, polite, proffessional & a joy to work with such a person with her positive disposition.

We have been plagued by SPAM calls 3 or more times every day, and it was getting stressful. My wife saw several Facebook ads about CLOAKED and all the SPAM, SCAMs, and lists that they had removed from peoples’ lives. So she decided to try it out. We're so glad she did! It does a fantastic job at blocking unwanted calls - much better than our nationwide cellphone carrier. I had some initial setup issues with CallGuard, but the CLOAKED engineers were super helpful and quickly came to my rescue - Special thanks to Ray, who, on a Sunday morning, worked to help me get CallGuard all set up. CLOAKED is a great multi-faceted security service, and supported by a very knowledgeable and friendly technical support team. Very highly recommended!

.Whenever I have a problem, the customer service does a great job at helping me out. I don't know what I would do without them. They are very patient and take you through all the steps you need to go through to fix the problem. Its so wonderful to be able to stop the numerous spam calls from not bothering me every day.
