This is not a scam...but it is not completely above board either. The software is glitchy and doesn't work the way it ought too, the "help" centre doesn't have a search function. I know some people have been able to make this work but I'd say save your money and go elsewhere. Despite having a Money-back guarantee image at the bottom of their sales page (where you buy the lifetime access) when I bought it, they've refused to give me back my money in the allotted time. They've since removed that guarantee, but it's still super sketchy.

I have 3 accounts with them. Their support is basically non-existent. Ive had my phone number stop working several times and nobody has bothered to get back to me with regards to why it's happening. I signed up using the LIFETIME access which I thought meant... idk lifetime. Two weeks ago they send me an email telling me that I have to pay $97 a month if I want to continue with them or $72 if paid in full for 12 months up front. This is double what I was paying on the pay as you go model. They promised me better customer service if I moved to the $97 a month model and yet I still get no customer service replies. Do not sign up for this service. The software is amazing but if something goes wrong you are on your own.

Recently removed integration with Twilio and other 3rd parties so they can charge $97/mo including features that I don't need. What a way to lose your loyal customers.

The bait and switch others have mentioned is accurate. I'm not sure what to think about this anymore. The software is so incredibly capable, but this email/text issue of "now you have to pay monthly or annually", after purchasing the lifetime deal under the guise of paying per use (which has now been removed), is really bad business practice. Not to mention: did anyone else see the headline on Trustpilot of how they are misusing Trustpilot's information on their website? Likely the 4.9 star rating they tout, which is not correct, and is now missing the Trustpilot logo. Where online have they been ranked 4.9 stars? I used to would have recommended this, but now a picture is painted that is highly untrustworthy, and I have no interest in that. (Side note: the point someone else made about them deleting negative comments in the community is also true. Untrustworthy, and censoring truth. Really bad business practice.)

I purchased The lifetime Access two years ago at US$497 and last week they blocked my account and asked me whether I would pay for a monthly fee and use the email and text option or not be able to send emails at all so considering I bought this system to be able to use a complete funnel being able to send emails and text they took away the option to be able to do that and a pay as you go basis and asked me to sign up for a US$97 per month deal in that deal. I would get unlimited access to support as well but to date even after paying, I have not heard back from them on any of the enquiries I’ve made because they haven’t been able to give me access to lead connect emails so I’m currently still using my SMTP emails which they said it wouldn’t be allowed though. I’m still sending emails using my own STP when they said they would provide me a service provider of their own and I’m not getting any Customer support it’s really poor , of how they’re treating us customers and I’m really hoping to find a better solution now because this is a deal that they have presented to be competitive with others in the market but Clixlo is doing a s&$@ job at serving their market

Terrible. I purchased the lifetime membership about a year or so ago. I never used it until deciding to jump in now. my login is no longer working. cant get hold of them online. emailed their support without success. Would have been a raving fan if this had worked out. really dissapointed. I also recieved a text message saying my account was paused a while ago??

I purchased the Life time product and was happy with that. Then I purchased a Life Time product Upgrade with all these additions, however after many emails to support asking where do I find my upsells that I paid for they send me this Hi, You can find the order bumps and or upsells you purchased by following the below navigation steps below once you are logged in and see the left side navigation panel: Mobile App Go to Mobile App --- Client Portal Go to Sites > Client Portal --- Proposals & Contracts Go to Payments > Documents & Contracts --- 1000+ Website & Funnel Templates Go to Sites > New Website or New Funnel --- 400+ Social Media Templates Go to Marketing > Social Planner > New Post --- Pre-Built Clients On-Demand System Go to > Automations > Workflows > Folders (200+ pre-built automations in folders) Go to > Forms > Builder (pre-built forms) Go to > Marketing > Templates (pre-built email, sms templates) Go > Opportunities > Pipelines (pre-built pipelines) Hope that helps you! And still no joy as cannot find these upgrades on the mobile app on the desktop dashboard. And now struggling to link my website to the platform which is holding up my campaigns, Not happy at all

I keep blocking the SMS they send my phone and report them as junk and I am still getting their stupid ads. I AM NOT INTERESTED in your service!
