DO NOT SIGN UP .. b/c they are switching to Go High Level. IF YOU BUY WITH CLIXLO you will HAVE TO PAY a $97/month fee with GHL.... I am not sure of what that all includes but I will do some digging and then get back. **clixlo itself is solid b/c it is a white label of GHL but GHL prices are not it lol thats why most of us went with Clixlo.

The CRM is good... when working. Numerous time Emails and texts stop working and there is 0 customer support. It's been a week and still no messaging or emails available. No response to any enquiries or online support - others are exactly the same.

Same thing happened here. I'm so frustrated with this. I paid not only the lifetime license but also upgraded for other lifetime features. It was a great deal. Then a few days later I am led to pay the same amount every month. I'm still willing to do that because I couldn't believe they could offer that for just a one-time $97. But it still doesn't work and very little support. Super sad because I spent weeks loading everything into it. I REALLY wanted to find something that did everything it said it would. Our company is also small, but we reply to every email and text and phone call quickly. Giving it a three star because I like the basic functions of the CRM. I just need it to also SMS and Email.

Know what you're getting into - the one time deal for $97 is great if you don't mind working out everything yourself. The tool itself is great, however the support and onboarding is near non-existent and I've had issues even getting them to turn on the pay as you use messaging services (text and email). Further to this, I signed up for a pay as you use service for text and email, fully aware that this was marked up by them, but the deal still represented good value. I've been shocked to receive recent change notifications saying that there will now be a $97/m fee for unlimited usage here, for which price I'd much rather just sign up for GoHighLevel with an affiliate and use pay as you go. The support and lack of ability to communicate with anyone and get help in a meaningful way is the biggest problem by a mile, but the tool is still extremely powerful and useful even as just a CRM, calendar and social media marketing tool

I really like the platform and all of the capabilities it provides, however, communication, support, and transparency are lacking, and have been a source of stress. There have been multiple incidents where the platform unexpectedly stopped working. We had to reach out to the clixlo community to get ANY information. I think clixlo initially over extended themselves, and is pulling back on the reigns. Hopefully with their new mandatory monthly payments, their support can rise to the level of a typical CRM.

Our experience with Clixlo has been mixed. While the platform offers a range of tools that could be beneficial, the execution and customer service have left much to be desired. Communication regarding pricing changes was poorly handled, leading to confusion and frustration. Despite reaching out, the responses often felt dismissive. Although Mike from Clixlo eventually addressed some of these issues, the initial lack of transparency and respect for customer concerns was disappointing. I hope Clixlo takes this feedback seriously and improves their communication and service quality.

I recently had an experience with Clixlo support that I'd like to share. Overall, I'm pleased with the company and its products, but I believe there's room for improvement in the support process. Positives: - The support team handled my issue competently and professionally. - The final resolution of my problem was satisfactory. - I appreciate the quality of Clixlo's products and services. Areas for Improvement: - Response Time: The time it took to resolve my issue was longer than I expected. Faster response times would greatly enhance the support experience. - Human Support Availability: Having to wait 24 hours for human assistance was frustrating. I strongly recommend making human support more readily available, perhaps through extended hours or a live chat option. Conclusion: While I remain a loyal customer who loves Clixlo's offerings, I believe these changes to the support system would significantly improve the overall customer experience. Quicker response times and more immediate access to human support would align the excellent support quality with the high standards set by Clixlo's products and services.

Sometimes okay, sometimes not.
