I bought the lifetime deal only to be told that I now need to pay $97 a month for unlimited everything (which I don't need). Should've known it was too good to be true. They even thanked me for my negative feedback and sent me this link to leave a review so here I am. Great customer service (NOT). Avoid at all costs.

I purchased the $97 lifetime access plan back in June, fully aware that I would need to pay extra for mail, SMS, and phone features on a pay-as-you-go basis. However, last week, all my automations and emails were abruptly stopped without any prior notice. When I contacted support, I was informed that I now have to pay $97 monthly just to send out emails and texts. This sudden change was made without any advance warning, and to make matters worse, my entire account has been suspended. I can't even access my Intellectual Property, despite having paid for lifetime access. This feels like coercion and a bait-and-switch tactic.

The customer support has always been available within the day and very responsive. It’s a great platform to use as CRm, I have done some automations and created some funnels but mostly I use the ones that come already loaded up. They have an option for unlimited emails and texts too

This is an absolute scam! It pretends to be a one-time purchase but then asks to charge a serious monthly fee for a service that has always been glitchy. I can't even log-in to retrieve my email list now.

Overall it was a great platform for a great price. Customer support is severely lacking, but you get what you pay for. With the recent bait and switch, I don't know who would stay with Clixlo when they can get much higher quality support from GHL. I used to recommend to Clixlo to every small business owner I met, now I wouldn't bother.

I bought this "lifetime deal" and was so excited to get everything under one roof. If you send a ticket, it says you will get assisted within 24 hours. I'm still waiting from a time last week and this happened before as well. In addition, I thought this was great because any email stuff was going to be a very inexpensive per piece price and now they emailed me that they want to charge almost $100 per month for everything. That's MORE than if I keep my old systems. Very bait and switch. If they can fix this issue and either provide real customer support or give us a true estimate of time for assistance, I will be happy to come in and update or do a new review. But, as things currently stand today, I would not refer this to anyone else.
