I didn't have any kind of contact with the customer service provider.

It takes awhile for it to work, at least for me, but eventually the itchy eyes went away.

I have been using the wipes on the advise of my eye doctor, have been very happy with the results. I have provided poor rating due to the website is not user friendly and most times code is not acceptable, makes it very difficult to purchase products, amount of time it takes is not worth the discount. Your product can be purchased though Amazon in less than a minute with discount.

Cliradex is very good and customer service is excellent. The price to use it on a daily basis is too high. Sales help but a lower price is needed for daily use AM & PM. Maybe a bulk pack with much less expensive packaging or pads in a jar like the product my eye doctor suggested from Trader Joe's. Must use the Trader Joe's product very carefully.but it works.

Really helps my eyes lids. Be sure to close eyes tightly as it will burn. It it a quite tingly as well. The smell is very strong and a bit hard to breathe as I have a lung disease but will still use this product.

My Dr. suggested that I use these 4 x’s a week and I would notice a more clean and healthy eyelids and lashes. I use these everyday as a part of my eye health. I’d recommend this to everyone.

When I try to order, I’m not able to get the order to go through. It’s the hardest site I’ve ever shopped. I’ll probably have to phone tomorrow to get an orders

My eye doctor suggested I start using Cliradex wipes to keep my eyelids/eyelash area clean as a preventative to styes. I use them three times a week and have not been diappointed.
