Placed an order in January… didn’t…
Placed an order in January… didn’t receive it until late April. Even after I finally got a notification that it shipped (4/7) it took almost 3 additional weeks to actually reach me. Two emails asking for updated tracking info went unanswered (prior emails at least were answered promptly). I like the product but will not be ordering through Cliradex again. Will likely check out a competitor’s product after my current supply is used up.

Thank you for your patience. As indicated on the website, our Foam was on backorder, shipping in April. We did receive the inventory and start shipping. Your order was shipped on 4/7. Due to the high volume of orders that we needed to ship, it took the post office longer to scan the orders into their systems. We apologies for this delay that went beyond normal shipping times.

Have yet to receive shipped order for second half of the order. Delay frlay delY & now no product has arrived

i appreciate the excellent service I received with my recent order of Cliradex. "Christof" took my order and did an excellent job of sending my order to me right away. This is the second time I have ordered…
This is the second time I have ordered your product and have not received my order. The first time I waited several months and finally canceled the order. This recent order was placed after receiving many emails that the product is in stock. I sent an email to customer service looking for my order. I received a email that it shipped on 4/7/22 but I have still not gotten my order.

My ophthalmologist recommended Cliradex…
My ophthalmologist recommended Cliradex for my eyelid cleansing because I am allergic to preservatives in eye products. My first box was ordered at another online site and I immediately loved the product. My 2nd box was ordered directly from Cliradex. Let me say that I do love the product and will continue to use it, BUT..... I ordered it on March 24 and it didn't ship until April 6th! Then there was a problem with the shipping and it had to be re-shipped. I finally received my product on April 21st. That's entirely too long for a product that is medical in nature. Nevertheless, I do love the product, I just wasn't thrilled with the timeline. Next time I'll order via Amazon.

Everything went well
Everything went well. I would have given 5 stars, but delivery took over two weeks. So it is best to make your order before you are out of the product.
