This is a product I’ve come to rely on especially because I love to snuggle with the pups and I live in a dry and now dusty climate. I use the towelettes for my eyes and then face. I don’t have puffiness in my eyelid area anymore. My face is clear. I stopped wearing makeup. I have purchased online. Just make sure you are ordering from the Cliradex company.

This product didn't arrive for well over a month after I ordered it. I was anxious to receive it as I've been struggling with and have been recently diagnosed with ocular rosacia. I've tried the towelette wipe twice now. The first time literally burned so bad that it made me cry and I had to rinse with water. Today was day 2 it took almost a full minute for the burn to go away. I don't care for the strong odor either. Not sure about their policy on returns but I plan on calling customer support.

The towelettes helped relieve symptoms of my long term dry eye syndrome, but the chemicals in them made my eyes burn too much. I tried using ointments and gels to soothe the burning in my eyes, but they blocked my vision or caused crusting in my eyes. Im sorry this is not the answer to my dry eye problem.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concern and want to reassure you there is nothing wrong with the product. Cliradex is a safe product. Cliradex is a natural, preservative-free eyelid, lash, and facial cleanser formulated from the main component of tea tree oil, 4-Terpineol (T4O). A tingling sensation is a common occurrence with tea tree oil. If it felt more like a sting/burn, please be assured that it goes away after few applications. • If you're feeling a burning sensation, your skin may be compromised or wounded. Do not use Cliradex. It may sting similar to putting alcohol on a wound. The same is possible if you use Cliradex on already irritated or open skin. • If you develop symptoms such as itching, swelling, or excessive dryness, this may indicate an allergic reaction/hypersensitivity to T40 (especially if they have a known sensitivity to fragrances). Here are a few tips if you have sensitive skin: 1- Avoid using Cliradex right after bathing. Skin pores may be exfoliated and are more exposed than usual. 2- Wipe gently with Cliradex. 3- Avoid direct contact with your eyes. Keep eyelids gently closed when using Cliradex. We recommend that during the application: 1 - Closes eyes firmly without squinting too much. 2 - Gently wipe across the lid and surrounding skin. Don't try to press too much on your eyelid skin or into the eye's corner (caruncle). 3 - Allow it to air dry briefly (30s) before opening eyes. If your results don’t improve, then please do not continue to use Cliradex as you may have a skin allergy to essential oils. Also, when it comes to a gentler formula, we do have Cliradex Foam. But if you are allergic to essential oils, you may get the same reaction. The Cliradex Team
