Navigating the website was easy. The descriptions and educational materials were very informative. Ordering was simple. The product arrived well-packaged and in a timely manner. Cliradex does seem to be helping my eyes feel less itchy and irritated. I am also trying it on the areas of my face that are affected by rosacea. My only issue with the product is that it is pretty drying. I HAVE to apply moisturizer to my skin or eye cream to my eye area or I feel like I've been in the desert. This is not a big enough issue to make me stop using the product because it does seem to help.

I believe the instructions to be vague and confusing. I assume you want the user to simply absorb the Cliradex, as the instructions say nothing about rinsing the eyes after using. However, I developed burning and vision blurring if ANY of the Cliradex was left anywhere near my eye. I have had fewer particles of matter on my eyes, but I have achieved this by washing my eye lids at the end of my shower and then rinsing before I dry off. This seems to work. I am withholding opinion regarding the effectiveness overall. I have blepharitis and I am told it is due to Demodex. If I can get clear of the critters and keep my eyes matter clear, I will declare this a success. Time will tell.
