Excellent delivery service!

I had been to 12 eye doctors about my red eyes!! I have been diagnosed with dry eye, blepharitis, ocular rosacea, and sun damaged eyes but with no relief. I was told to apply warm compresses and eye drops. It wasn't until a friend told me about Cliradex that I have had some relief. It burned my eyelids the first few times but I kept using and it has been the ONLY source of relief that I have found.

Two reasons: 1. Although the order was placed 11/27/19, as of today 12/4/19, received no information about the status or shipping of my order. I received no tracking #. 2.The email notice of an attempted breach of passwords entered by customers was another issue. Having never before done business with this company, I have requested to cancel this order; and requested a refund.

My eye doctor recomended this product and I have used it but few days but it is really strong for my eyes. It lives me with a burning sensation on my eyes and they are red for a little bit. It was expensive Or at least more expensive than over the counter products on the pharmacy so I am using it but I had more expectations.

When I received my confirmation email from my online order, I was surprised to see that me shipment was being sent to my billing address, which is different. One call to customer service took care of that and I received the product at the correct address promptly.

Great for skin also

First time someone actually did what they said. When using my tablet to order, i didnt see where i needed to enter the discount code twice. So my card was charged the full price. When i called about this the rep said she would take the discount off . And it really happened. I got an email about it!
