Small gap in communication After 3 days, I had to ask for a tracking number because I had not received an order confirmation and it was not listed on my Paypal receipt. The first response, I was told that my order # did not exist in the system and I was asked if I wanted to order again. I sent a copy of my payment and received no response. Two days later, I finally received a tracking #. Finally, ordered on the 13th and arrived on the 19th.

This product burned when I put it on and made my eyes worse!

Effective eye and facial cleanser for me, someone on biologics. Recommended by my ophthalmologist, who also uses it. The price is high enough so I ration my use. Quite an inconvenience not to have it available in retail stores/pharmacies for people, like me, who travel. Both our residences are in extreme climates many months of the year, & the delivery people do not always confirm someone is home to accept the package. Concerned about degradation of product; rightly so, imo. Shj
