The product is great. Tried other eye wipes much cheaper but not near as effective as Cliradex. As they say you get what you pay for and Cliradex may be more expensiver but they do the job!!

Cliradex was recommended by my eye doctor to alleve my eyelid inflammation. I have reordered it as it works! However I find the envelope very difficult to open either by hand or using scissors. Please re-design with a tear-open perforation. Then perhaps more of us with arthritis will order it!

When I ordered with a discount code, I didn’t notice that it was only valid one time. I realized that I need 2 more items, but I wasn’t allowed to use the discount again. Cliradex lost a $40+ sale because of this.

It’s been more than 2 weeks and haven’t received my order.

The product I ordered on the 19th hasn't arrived (06-29-23). I contacted the delivery company. They indicated they hadn't received any package to deliver. I sent an e-mail to Cliradex which included the response from the delivery company. Now, rather than receive a response from you regarding my situation, I receive a computer generated request for feedback for this company. I believe the lack of appropriate response for a product not even shipped, apparently, for ten days is evaluation enough.

Cliradex has really helped control my blepharitis. I use an electric hot eye pad with moist heat for ten minutes, then wash with the foam, and after that, I use the wipes and leave the stuff on my eyelids overnight.
