So far getting good results.

The lady I spoke to when I placed my order was very pleasant and helpful! My order was delivered in least than three days. The Cliradex pads have been very helpful to my husband’s eye lids.

I received my order within days of placing my order online. I wish these wipes were cheaper as its a lot out of pocket would be great if they had a month worth of wipes in the box instead of 24.

Fast delivery.

Terrible service.. I ordered a container of cliradex light foam on 12/31/19.. I got an email with a tracking # on 1/2/20...status states pre-shipment, USPS awaiting item.. This status never changed, I called cliradex on 1/14/20.. They couldn't explain delay, was told they would reship it.. After long wait, service rep tells me they can't get the 20% discount code I used on original order to apply.. Said they would have to bump this to a supervisor.. I asked to speak to a supervisor, was told they were too busy with others.. Next thing I know, I get an email asking to setup a password.. Apparently, an account was created for me without my permission.. Then I'm told order will reship, supervisor will call me back... Never called, still have not received order.. Tracking says it is on the way.. You would think they would have at least offered expedited shipping or something.. This is an expensive product, not a once & done.. If used regularly, it would cost me more than $300/year.. I will definitely rethink any future business & have ordered a competition product (Oust) to evaluate... Very disappointed in cliradex
