The service is NO STAR
The service is NO STAR! It's the worst I have ever experienced. I ordered the product on Sunday, May 17th and they charged my credit card on May 18th. Today is June 2nd and I still have not received the product. Based upon this experience, I believe the company is a scam!

Do not believe that you will be given a…
Do not believe that you will be given a 10 % discount that is advertised on website. You can put in the code word and it will show you you are getting it but after you pay you are billed for full price. This company is very deceptive how it does this. Its a good product but bad company. Buy elsewhere.

Product left in boiling hot mailbox...
I just got my package in my lockbox mailbox and the product is completely hot. I live in AZ and the temp outside is 110 degrees and even hotter in my mailbox that is in direct sun. I can not even try this product now since it was boiling hot and do not trust that it is safe to use after being exposed to that high of a temperature. Can you please send me one that can be delivered to my door and not to my mailbox?

There has been a noticeable improvement…
There has been a noticeable improvement in my eyelid redness, itching and vision. Cliradex has not totally eradicated the Demodex mites from my eyelids after a month of 2x daily lid scrubs followed by Cliradex to my entire face. The mite has a 3week life span so it may mean a longer treatment is needed and probably daily use after that given my age. My lids and facial redness have improved.

My package came quick
My package came quick, they kept me updated the whole time and it does really work, after using it for 2 weeks I feel like it’s almost totally gone.
