website easy to navigate, received product quickly and was a fantastic deal

The product is fine and I think it does the job. When I ordered, the site had a 2 for 1 offer w/ code and at the end it had a 15% code. I first did the 2 for 1 and also clicked the 15%. The 15% apparently cancelled the 2 for 1, which I did not realize until the package came. I realize this is my oversight but I also think the site design was confusing.

The wipes are great at reducing eye irritation from my rosacea.

Keep up that great service!

It works! Where has this been all my life?

Order from Amazon if you need it quickly, and not their website! Their website says if you order before 2PM on business days it will ship same day. Well 3 days later my order still hadn’t shipped. I emailed, messaged and posted on Facebook with no response. Finally a couple hours after I complained on Facebook they shipped it. They finally replied to my email and said you have to order by 12 PM for same day shipping. Well then they need to update their website. And they waited 3 business days to ship so they didn’t ship it on time either way. I also used a BOGO coupon code and now I’m reading in other complains that they do that to get rid of extra product that is about to expire so I really hope that’s not the care or I’m going to be really ticked off.
