My wife used your pads once and didn’t care for them, she didn’t like the burning sensation from the menthol.

A tingling sensation is a common occurrence with Cliradex, but a burning sensation is not. • If your skin may be compromised or wounded, it may sting similar to putting alcohol on a wound. • It may indicate an allergic reaction/hypersensitivity to T4O. In any case, you should rinse off and discontinue the use of the product. The Cliradex Team

The product was easy to use
The product was easy to use, cleaned well, and did not irritate my eyes or eyelids, so I would recommend it.

It was amazing. I used it at Disney world and it was just want I needed to feel better and get me through a hot day

The product is as described
The product is as described. It has a strong tea tree oil and the first time I used it, it gave me intense cooling sensation. It wasn't irritating, but definitely woke my eyes up. The product is easy to use and didn't give me any irritation to skin afterward. Hoping this product will keep my eyes healthy with continued use.

Not only was this product amazing for…
Not only was this product amazing for my problem eyes but made my skin feel like silk,would deff. recommend to EVERYONE with eyes that are just not happy with the change of seasons,dry eye,or waking up with lashes that are stuck together.Great product!

Cliradex wipes
I received a sample of the Cliradex wipes. I liked the feel and the saturation of the wipes. They were easy to use and seem to do a good job.

I was so excited to receive my sample…
I was so excited to receive my sample of Cliradex but disappointed mostly because of the scent. I also felt a slight burning sensation, which may be normal but I am not a fan of it. I still have a few of the packets left and will see if it is better over the next uses. Unfortunately I will not be buying.

Hello, Sorry to hear that. Cliradex is based on tea tree oil, so you do have a green leaf type of smell.
