CLIMAFYReviews of climafypro.com

This is scam. Offered as an AC unit but works as a fan. I paid around $160, reached them several times for a refund, they said They don't pay to return it. I went to the post office and I was supposed to pay almost $80 for shipping. I decided not to send it back because of that. Don't trust this product. Don't waste your money.

Ordered and never recieved email confirmation fir.ation. recieved several text messages trying to sell us another from random numbers. Called numbers back and odd recorded message was there. Red flags for scam. We canceled the card transaction.

0 Stars. OMG this is the worst product and do not believe the lies. No air comes out and it is a fan at most. I threw it in the trash. Don't get taken the way I did.

Do not get scammed by these people, it is a heater with a fan, no cooling element at all, not an air conditioner at all , save your money. Charles

The company sent entirely the wrong unit (wrong input voltage) to the one I had ordered, but insisted that I pay to return it. I tested it (at its rated voltage) using input and output thermometers, and there was no temperature cooling at all, just a fan effect. I dismantled it and found no cooling element, just heating. So not only is calling this unit an air con unit a scam, they are also very poor at customer service.

Climafy does work in some limited situations. The long and the short of it is, if you plan to use it in an area where there is no other refrigeration, it will NOT work. If you have a room that is a little warm but still receives service from a mostly functioning whole-house unit, it will probably work fine. The first thing you should notice is that there is no place for the heat it extracts to go. This alone is a dead giveaway to its limitations. The way all refrigeration currently works is that it does not blow cold into a room; you extract heat from the area you want to cool and expel the heat to the outdoors.+ There is no expulsion from this unit to an outside area, so all the heat it extracts stays in the room it is in. Not good, especially if you live in Arizona. If you purchase through Amazon you should be OK for returns. If not, you're probably out of luck. It's next to impossible. In the rare event a return is approved, the company requires you to ship it to China at your expense, customs and all. We're using ours for target practice now. Also, when they get to many bad reviews, they list a new item.

If I could do less than one star I would. Horrible customer service. Terrible product does not even blow cold air. When I asked about a return, they said I had to pay for the shipping to China. Then they would review it and decide if it was refund eligible. They spend tons of money, advertising these as cold ac. Can cool a whole room 30°. All they do is they’re an overpriced fan that moved here around with no cold air whatsoever. I recommend you stay as far away from this company as possible.

I don’t normally write reviews, but this is a piece of junk. It is so small. It wouldn’t even classify as a small fan. There is no air condition to this thing at all. Please do not waste your money on this product. Please don’t I own this product and again Like the gentleman said it cost too much to send it back. I paid $159 to throw it in the garbage cause that’s where it’s going.
