Bought this thinking it would cool during hurricanes with our inverter. It’s a piece of junk does not cool only blows air.. instructions say it’s a heater. Company does not respond to messages, it’s a scam. Do not buy.

This is straight-up GARBAGE. Not an air conditioner, just a worthless plastic fan. Total scam. It doesn’t cool, it doesn’t work, it’s just a rip-off for idiots. They take your money, disappear, and ignore any return requests. STAY AWAY unless you like burning cash for fake junk.

This is by far the worst product I have ever bought online. It was advertised as an air conditioner, but in reality it's just a cheap, weak fan with a bit of heating. Not even close to what they promised. The product is completely useless — absolutely not worth the money. I only turned it on for a few minutes, saw how bad it was, and packed it back immediately. When I asked to return it, their process was made intentionally difficult. It feels like a trap to stop people from getting their money back. This company is a scam. They lie in their ads, send poor-quality products, and make you go through a nightmare if you want to return anything. Avoid ClimafyPro at all costs. I will keep warning others on every platform possible. Stay away.

This product is a scam I purchased 3 units they don’t work they don’t cool barely a fan it’s just an expensive heater that you can purchase from Home Depot for $20 dollars don’t waste your money this company don’t even have a phone number to contact them don’t buy this product

They sell this as an ac but this is actually a heater. looks cool modern etc.. but it does not cools down. Its just a fan

The product is misrepresented. It is not an air conditioner. It does not blow cold air. It does have a fan on it, but from what the box instructions are it basically is a dryer unit. It comes with a little rack that is not pictured on any of the advertising. It blows warm air or room temperature air it does not get cold. I’ve written several emails to the company and cannot find a phone number and I would like to return it since it says that you can on the website, but I highly doubt it at this point.

Horrible company. Do not buy this product!!! Took forever to arrive. Once it did arrive the product did not work, blew warm air instead of cold. I contacted the company. They asked for a video of product. I sent full video showing issues. They then stated they would only refund after I returned the product my expense, but demanded insurance and tracking on return. It would have been over $85 to return it. I reached out to them again and they state without receiving the product they will not issue any sort of refund even though they have video showing product didn't work. Highly recommend you do not waste your money on this company. Huge scam!!!
