SCAM! It doesn't work as advertised; there is no support or return option.

This company is a scam!! Returning the poor product they sent was almost impossible and when i eventually sent it back having cost me £30 they then told me there were additonal fees - the product is worth no more than £5 - its a very cheap fan heater. Avoid this company!!

Avoid this company. It’s a scam. The product is a $5 heater not a mini air conditioning unit as advertised. It does not, and will not, chill your room. And when you try to return it they layer on loads of charges. Don’t fall for their misreadings adverts. Meta should ban companies like this!

The products this company sells are rubbish. They say they’re chiller units they are not they’re just cheap fans. And when you try to return them they hit you with loads of extra charges. Do not buy from this company.

Product does not work as advertised and it does not have a cold temperature. When you want a return , they expect you to pay for it to return to China . Do not trust them at all. The product is terrible

Do NOT buy this fan. It is NOT an AC. Trying to return it is like an act of congress. It's a lot of money for a plastic fan. It does NOT cool but the heater is so hot I would be afraid of its safety.

This is a horrible, barely a fan… Definitely not an air conditioning unit. When you open the shipping box, the product box even says that it’s a heater. This is a terrible misrepresentation and I’m so sad how much money I wasted on this

what a load of rubbish!.Ok as a heater but zero points as an air conditioner.Just another scam.
