So i ordered this ridiculously overpriced desk fan in a plastic fake ac case expecting it to work as described or at least close. I got the box and was immediately underwhelmed as the box is tiny, and the unit showed in the pictures in comparison to a person seemed a reasonable size to keep a room cool. I got the less than a lb unit out of the box and plugged it into the wall (close to the floor as the cable is literally a foot long.) once i got it turned on, it was set to 22 celcius (dead giveaway they are outsourcing their products from China… well, that and the huge MADE IN CHINA on the side of it lol) and it would not change, except between heat or cool. After writing them about it and wanting my money back they have just been waiting me out obviously, every time i write and ask for an update they ask me for picture and video proof, i send it, they respond the same when i end up contacting them again… 2 weeks worth now. The company is most likely just a con front company for chinese producers or something along the lines, and they dont care about honest product description or the customer at all otherwise none of the stuff in all of these bad reviews would have happened in the first place. Guarantee i get a reply on this saying how much they want to help, but also guarantee they will never resolve the problem. I will continue to update this as the shenanigans continue.

People DO NOT BUY THIS. you are better off getting a fan

Once the unit was finally up and running, it performed far below expectations. We expected a reliable, efficient system, but instead, we got frustration and ongoing problems. Definitely not worth the money. Would not recommend. Do not buy.Now we have been told we cannot send back as we do not have the original box to send back. Joke of a company.

This doesn't even hit a 1 star to be honest. Barely shoots out any air at all. It operates like a desk fan would. This is not true air conditioning and to return it is a hassle as you have to pay shipping, then it goes out of the country so you are responsible for those fees. Please don't order it's a waste and a piece of junk.

This is a rip off and then when you try to contact them there is no one to contact but they are there to take your money fast,don't buy from them I lost 160 dollars. Jorge here just to let you know.

They are terrible.... Customer support just sends emails saying they are happy to help but do nothing to help... The product I ordered does not cool down a bedroom like they advertised. It barely blow any kind of coolness... I tried to get a refund (2 days after receiving) and just keep getting the run around. They want me to upload a video of the product working (not working, not cooling).... Stay away from this company

This is a scam. It does not work effectively. It is smaller than advertised and a waste of money. They have refused to issue me a refund after several email requests. Do not purchase!!!

They advertise their portable ac system that cools a room for only 150.00 sounds to go to be true but I took the bait. Bought it and all it does is just blow air. No difference than a fan but they advertising air conditioning so it’s not worth the money. Oh tried to return it and after several attempts they said yes but I have to ship it to china through customs and pay for the shipping. Scam.
