This included all design specifics, such as the placement of the hood and the logo on the right shoulder as worn. 2. At the quotation stage, there was an opportunity to request adjustments to the design, but the quotation was approved without any modifications. 3. Additionally, the option to go through the order pack approval process was presented. This is an important quality check to confirm design details before production. However, opting out of this process was ultimately your decision. We understand how important it is for our customers to be fully satisfied, so we're truly sorry if any part of the process fell short of your expectations.
