If there’s ever a concern about fit, we investigate to ensure the garments were made correctly and then work with the customer on the best way forward. In this case, the final unit price changed only because the group didn’t meet the expected order volume — a situation we flagged early and offered several ways to resolve. Additional charges were only applied in response to order changes made after payment, not as hidden fees. We take care to explain these, but we’ll review this case to ensure communication was as clear as it should’ve been. All our customer service is handled via email so we can maintain a reliable record of all conversations — and our team responded to your queries promptly with options at every stage. As stated on our website, we manufacture via trusted partners globally, including in China, to offer the best value while maintaining high standards.
