Good finished product but sizes come…
Good finished product but sizes come out smaller than measurement sizes and overall it is very cumbersome at the point of building an order- spent too much time going back and forth on email when a couple of phone calls would have sufficed. A real shame because the end product is good quality and the first point of contact is excellent on the phone and would be a useful asset to be deployed l.

On communication: we have built our process to keep everything documented by email so nothing is missed, but we hear your suggestion about adding more phone support at key points. It is something we will review carefully, as we are always looking for ways to make ordering easier without losing accuracy.
