We love CLickUp and we lobe the NEW look of ClickUp 2.0. It helps our team organize all our tasks and keep track of the squad workload. Without it, we would not be able to put on the smooth sailing events we had over the summer.

An ambitious does-it-all productivity platform. I've played around with countless project management / productivity platforms over the last couple years, and ClickUp stands out in its sheer ambition to really have all the features one could want, from the solo entrepreneur to a scaling business. Lists, Boards, Calendar views, Gantt charts, documents and notes, a minimized task pane, personal views and reminders, and much much more. ClickUp also releases updates at a relentless pace compared to other platforms I've seen, with new or improved features seemingly every couple weeks. Their 2.0 update this year addressed the biggest issue I had with the 1.0 version - there were so many new features that it was becoming a bit unwieldy and complicated to use. Now the interface is much more streamlined and logical, even while adding even more functionality. Their free plan is also one of the best in the industry, providing an almost complete experience save a storage limit and a paywall for nice-to-have but nonessential business features.

ClickUp is an impressive environment. It has done a very good job of presenting a variety of flexible features for organizing and identifying project and task information - but then also providing numerous very attractive and customizable views for presenting it. It's powerful - but presented in a way that is not overwhelming. It allows me make choices about how I would like to work.

Recently changed to Click up and even with the bit of the learning curve discovering all its amazing features and user friendliness makes it the perfect tool
