ClickUpReviews of clickup.com

The fact that you can make suggestions and actually see them implemented makes you feel genuinely seen and valued as a user. The platform is constantly improving, and you’ve got to grow with it but if you ever fall behind, ClickUp University is a great resource for beginners to catch up quickly.

ClickUp is the best productivity tool! It is one of the best to keep up with tasks. It is very easy to use, not confusing at all. If I were to suggest a productivity platform to clients, it would definitely be ClickUp.

Our transition from Basecamp to ClickUp, led by our IT Director, was initially met with hesitation. However, ClickUp's superior structure and flexibility quickly proved indispensable. By organizing work into Spaces, Folders, and Lists, it provides unparalleled visibility into every project. Our team now leverages multiple views to track timelines, dependencies, and progress with ease, making ClickUp the central hub for our daily operations and a key driver of our productivity.

ClickUp is an outstanding productivity tool. Its user-friendly interface, powerful automations, and customizable dashboards make organizing tasks and workflows much easier. It helps improve team transparency and efficiency, making it an essential tool for any professional environment.

I’m a founder and business consultant, and I use clickup every day to run my practice and support business clients. Since adopting it we’ve had clearer processes, fewer emails, and deadlines always under control. The list/table/calendar views and task templates with recurring checklists let us standardise work, while automations reduce manual steps. Guest sharing and @mention comments speed up alignment both with clients and internally with collaborators. Everything lives in one place. The google calendar and drive integrations keep everything in sync, even when I'm away from the office. I'd love to see even more flexible time reporting by client/project; it’s a minor detail compared to the overall value. In short, clickup has become our operational hub: more control and more peace of mind in teamwork. Highly recommended for professional firms and smes that want to work by process.

As someone who uses ClickUp every day, I can confidently say it’s a game-changer for productivity, organization, and teamwork. 🚀 From managing projects and automations to keeping docs, tasks, and goals all in one place — ClickUp truly helps me work smarter, not harder. If you love ClickUp too, take 2 minutes to leave your honest review and help show the world how powerful this platform really is! 🙌

As a Website Support Specialist, my workflow used to be pure chaos. I was drowning in "Work Sprawl," juggling 5+ different apps: one for emails, another for our knowledge base (like Notion), a separate chat tool, and spreadsheets for tracking. It was inefficient, and context was always getting lost. ClickUp has completely transformed how I work by consolidating everything into one platform. It is now our single source of truth. My favorite "speed run" workflow is our client intake. We use a ClickUp Form which triggers Automations to instantly create a Task with the right Template and Assignment. What used to take 5-10 minutes of manual data entry per ticket now takes zero seconds. The AI (Brain MAX) is also incredibly powerful. I use it to summarize complex technical bugs, draft client-facing reports in seconds (which used to take an hour), and even plan my entire workday. It's not just one feature; it's how Tasks + Docs + Automations + AI all work together. We've automated our repetitive tasks, eliminated app-hopping, and can finally focus on solving problems instead of just managing them. It's been essential for our team's productivity and efficiency.
