ClickUp is a one stop app for managing your daily tasks. The free plan is generous enough to start with specially for startups. I like it's automation capabilities and dashboards although I have witnessed an occasional lag during heavy workflows.

Melhor da categoria. Já usei outros mas o clickup é de longe o melhor, me ajuda a manter tudo organizado e não me deixa perder datas, além de usar como uma base de conhecimento e evolução.

ClickUp has been closing so many gaps in our organization and has provided an extra layer to stay organized with the minimum effort. The easiness to customize your workspace is great.

ClickUp does a great job at brining all my work together into one easy to navigate place. Its straightforward to use out of the box but it can also be very complex to learn how to set it up to your custom use case. You can easily spend a lot of hours experimenting and learning. I think additional and on-going in-app onboarding experience would help here. They do this well win new features are released (like recently with ClickUp 4.0) but there could be opportunities to improve experience for existing users based on their usage and use cases since Clickup has so much data inside each account. You can manage your tasks and projects, keep your SOPs and playbooks a click away, customize your workspace and even communicate with your team and keep it all in the right spot for just in time information.

One of the best platforms on the market,

I think ClickUp is a very good tool because it has helped me and my colleagues to track tasks, it's very comprehensive with important functionalities like gantt, many lists, calendars and dashboards with artificial intelligence that provide a general view of the project in one clip. While there are always areas for improvement such as calls that could have a popup window and the feature to invite more people. Or the creation of dummies users to assign tasks. Overall it is a valuable tool.

I’ve been using ClickUp for a while now, and honestly, it’s hard to find another tool that gives you this much control. It’s replaced about three other apps for us—we now do all our docs, goal tracking, and task management in one place. Once you get past the initial setup, it’s a total game-changer for keeping a team organized. That said, it isn't perfect. Here are the two main things I think they need to fix: The biggest headache is the speed. Because the app does everything, it can get pretty sluggish, especially when you’re jumping between a big List view and a Board. There are moments where you're just staring at a loading spinner when you’re trying to move fast. If they could optimize the performance so it felt snappier, it would be a 5-star app easily. The learning curve is also quite steep. Whenever I bring a new person onto a project, I have to spend an hour explaining the hierarchy and where everything lives. It’s a bit of an "information overload" at first. I’d love to see a way to hide all the extra bells and whistles for new users so they don't get overwhelmed the second they log in. If you’re a power user who loves customizing every single detail, you’ll love ClickUp. Just be prepared to spend some time learning the ropes and dealing with the occasional slowdown.
