Hi Bob! Thanks so much for the review! We're constantly making changes to ClickUp and have recently updated many of our features. Our goal is to have the most intuitive project management software on the market and we want to make your life easier, not harder! For your issues with the tasks, we created hotkeys and the Multitask Toolbar to reduce all the extra clicks in updating and closing statuses. If you have a task open and you'd like to remove it from your view, just press the *'esc'* key. You can select multiple tasks in any view to populate the Multitask Toolbar and update the status, add an assignee, and more - all at once. We have an Offline Mode for both web and mobile, so if there's missing functionality that you'd like to see, please let us know! You should be able to view any pre-existing task whether or not you're online. To ensure that you can access tasks offline, add tasks to your Tray. ClickUp automatically stores data offline for all the tasks in your tray. We truly appreciate the honest feedback. After all, your input is what helps us create an even better product!
