ClickUpReviews of clickup.com

Saskia Stoker told me clickup handles inventory when asked further she said it was a list inside the crm software which is also miniaml, very deceptive and rude, hard to get straight answers, just wants you to click buy based on lies

After over a year with ClickUp, the experience has shifted from productive to incredibly frustrating. As a B Corp agency, we prioritize transparency and partnership, but ClickUp has failed on both fronts. The core of our disappointment lies in a consistent failure to deliver on promised services: Unfulfilled Promises: We were guaranteed specific AI credits and support levels for the year that were simply never provided. Phantom Billing:Despite not having access to or using AI for over three months, we were charged £7 per user/month for the service (over 20 users). We are effectively being forced to pay for a tool we couldn't even use. Support Blackout: When we flagged these billing discrepancies, it took over weeks to receive a reply. We later discovered our account manager had left, but no one picked up the slack, leaving our account in limbo while the charges continued to pile up. Lack of Value: On top of the billing issues, the platform has become increasingly slow and riddled with bugs, making it difficult to justify the cost. We are part of a support a network of over 250 other agencies who regularly discuss software recommendations. Based on this experience of being overcharged for undelivered services and ignored by support, we will no longer be recommending ClickUp and actually advising NOT to use it. We are now seriously reviewing whether to migrate our operations to a more reliable competitor. Shame on you click up.

Plusieurs outils pas fonctionnels et des activités bizarres

good for you if you want slop, "AI workflow" SCAM

horrible experience, customer support does not exist. i'll switch to Asana.

Overly complicated, very poor AI options, and terrible support. Warning - you need to give 30 days notice before your renewal otherwise you're stuck with your current plan.

Genuinely one of the worst apps I've ever used

Constantly changes, rarely for the better. Each update seems to fundamentally change how you use the site. When you have to constantly re-learn how to use the site, it makes you less productive.
