ClickUpReviews of clickup.com

ClickUp has consistently proven to be a reliable, flexible, and powerful platform for managing complex projects. What I appreciate most is how well it adapts to different workflows — from daily task tracking to coordinating multi-team deliverables. The interface is intuitive, the features are robust without feeling overwhelming, and the constant product improvements show a genuine commitment to listening to user needs. For teams that require clarity, structure, and collaboration in one place, ClickUp is an invaluable tool.

ClickUp is highly customisable. We were able to replace a number of platforms with just ClickUp, this included workflow, CRM and productivity software.

ClickUp presents a versatile project management solution, commendable for its extensive feature set and customizable interface. While the platform offers a comprehensive suite of tools suitable for diverse team workflows, its complexity may pose a learning curve for new users. Overall, ClickUp provides a robust environment for managing projects and tasks, contingent upon the user's willingness to invest time in mastering its functionalities.

Really good app and powerful, useful tool!

Easy to use. Keeps my team organized.

Great app for team collaboration. Everyone knows what every one is upto.

It is just were we go to get work done! Too much work sprawl before, now it's all managed and organized in ClickUp, no more chasing tasks.

I've been using ClickUp professionally for 2+ years as a consultant, implementing it for multiple agencies and businesses. It's become my go-to platform for building complex workflows and client management systems. What stands out: - Incredible flexibility for custom workflows and dashboards - Native automation capabilities that replace multiple tools - Ability to structure workspaces for different team sizes and industries - The dashboard features give teams real-time visibility they've never had before I've successfully deployed ClickUp for an SEO agency managing 20+ client projects (9-person team) and an outbound sales agency needing workflow restructuring. In both cases, the platform handled complex requirements without breaking. The learning curve is real - it's a powerful tool, which means it takes time to master. But once you understand the system, you can build almost anything. As someone who's built workspaces using custom field configurations, and multi-level automation, I can confidently say ClickUp delivers for teams serious about consolidating their operations. If you're looking for a simple task manager, this might be overkill. But if you need a full operations platform that scales with your business, ClickUp is worth the investment.
