We have been using ClickUp for 2 years now and it has been standing in our way constantly * You can't edit Sprint Dates * The board constantly crashes / does not load * The mobile support is terrible, making it so we need to be on the computer to 'finish' the documentation we started * Setting up permissions for various users / roles is impossible. The configurations don't do anything. They can do everything.. or can't see anything.. * While working on a document, sometimes it just dissapears when you have a network hick-up and throws away everything you have been working on We migrated everything to codecks and it feels like we can 'breathe' again.. We are happy with certain overviews, but those are the 'basic' expectations for a Sprint Board..

Thier customer support are not helpfull. They can help me with a simple technical problem, it's taking them days to fix it

I’ve been a long-time ClickUp user and genuinely loved the platform — until recently. I purchased the AI Standard add-on ($14) because it offered the ability to automatically generate task summaries, reports, and insights. These features were a big part of my workflow. Without any direct communication or clear notice, ClickUp quietly moved to a “credit-based” system that now restricts those same features behind AI credits. My workspace suddenly stopped working as it always had, and I was told I’d need to pay extra for AI credits just to restore functionality I was already paying for. This feels like a bait and switch. I wasn’t warned, and there’s no clear breakdown of how credits are calculated or consumed. I requested (and thankfully received) a refund, but the experience left a bad taste. ClickUp is becoming unnecessarily complicated and expensive — it used to empower productivity, now it feels like it’s nickel-and-diming loyal users. I’m disappointed in the lack of transparency, and I hope the company rethinks how it handles these pricing and communication changes.

Langsam und teuer

We are just at the sales stage, and already, I'm not impressed. They won't take the time to engage with us because we are deemed too small, and the only responses to our questions are copy-and-paste sections from the website. If you can't be bothered before you've engaged me as a customer, what hope is there that you will when I'm tied into your platform?

It's becoming more evident that Customer Service is going downhill at ClickUp. The more they try to engage you to meet with them on webinars and through email enticements, the less they actually support you. Try being a beta tester and you get no support. The purpose of being a beta tester is to help them and yet they don't help you. They misrepresent fees associated with being a beta tester and you never hear back. I am reading other reviews and this is disheartening after putting time and effort into building our system. What a disappointment!!! Time to look elsewhere!

j'ai résilié parce que l'appli bug, il manque des fonctionnalités de base comme revenir arriere revenir avant. C'est le piege à vouloir tout faire mais moyen. La traduction français est pas terrible

Unfortunately, not the best experience. I've been using it for 3 months now with a small team of 7 and I'm not happy. Very slow, very buggy and some simple functions work in a very complicated way. The number of bugs is overwhelming for a product of this maturity.
