I have been using ClickUp at work since 2022. It's an agency with team members across different timezones and ClickUp has played a vital role in keeping the workflow organised. We use it to manage client projects, track internal assignments, manage onboarding for new clients and new hires, and overall agency operations. The automations are very powerful and saves a ton of time for recurring tasks. There are some minor bugs at times, but that's not a big issue. I have used other project management tools and by far ClickUp is the most powerful, reliable and easy to use. I would highly recommend it.

Breaking large tasks into smaller, well-defined subtasks makes them easier to understand, prioritize, and execute, while also enabling better progress tracking and reducing complexity. UX is also great!

I started using ClickUp in 2021 and I never looked back. ClickUp is way ahead of other similar platforms in my opinion. And the platform is constantly evolving for the better and the support staff is always extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a project management platform.
