I had an amazing experience working with Chris Rutherford! From start to finish, he was incredibly easy to work with—always available, quick to respond, and happy to answer every question I had (and I had a lot!). His communication was clear and timely, which made the entire refinance process so much less stressful. I chose ClickStart Mortgage while working with my current lender. They were able to keep me with my lender but cut half the closing costs my current lender was charging, ended up saving quite a bit of cash, From the start, their team was incredibly responsive, answering all my questions with clarity. The loan process was faster than I expected, and I appreciated their transparent communication about rates and fees. The only minor challenge was receiving a payoff check for a company I do not need and mentioned it a couple times, and now stuck with this check, but overall, it was a smooth experience. I highly recommend ClickStart Mortgage to anyone looking for a hassle-free home loan!
