Not working with you A.
What happened to doing business in an adult manner?
The experience was long and very annoying. While we thought we were doing business with an adult...apparently we were not. When one is managing, running or owning a financial business, it is not a good look when your business picture is of you wearing a baseball cap on backwards. That just soured me even more on this experience. Appearances still do matter.

We appreciate your feedback, After looking into your file I do see we closed your loan in under 11 days and got you an amazing rate. We do allow our owners and employees alike to expresss themselves and wear what they feel comfortable in. That being said, the owners have decided to take professional headshots to avoid any perceptions like this moving forward. Thank you again!
