Horrible experience the second time around. First time was great, I brought my sister in and they didn't even do half of what they said they would. When I contacted them they said they fulfilled their contractual obligations, which they didn't. When I showed them what we had versus what they said we had, I never got a phone call or email or text message returned again. It was very cold anf calculated. Jordan is the name of the person who was deceiving us and he was the worst. I have receipts if anyone from Lencred would like to reach out...

Money decisions have high impact/high benefit!
Let's be honest, if you are a business owner/founder, you spend a lot of time thinking about money. It's not just how profitable you'll be and if you can afford the beach house in Key West! It's will we make payroll next week? Money matters are very personal, very high impact, and it's difficult to trust outsiders sometimes.
I worked with Jerry first, and then Tabitha came in to help as well. I asked a lot of questions. I discussed the pros and cons of each option we discussed. We analyzed the time frame and discussed what I was comfortable committing too. There was a lot of back and forth. In the end I secured over $150,000 in super low cost financing. That was great! But that's not all. When i was preparing to work with Lendcred I ran my company credit score (not my personal score, my COMPANY score) before we started. I wanted to understand where things were initially. Then I did everything w/ Jerry and Tabitha. I waited 6 months. The score went up 19 points! For me, working w/ Lendcred had 2 goals. Raise capital and grow the company credit rating to position me for good credit options in the future. Both goals were achieved. If you are a business owner and you read this, remember to ask questions, discuss options, be crystal clear on your goals, and be open. It can pay off for you!

Mr. Manzanaares,
We are sorry to hear how you feel. Let’s fill in some blanks for our readers. Mr. Manzanaares got $55,000 in low cost financing with us back in 2022 when he was a client with us. Had he used all of that financing for his business his monthly payment would have been approx. $1,100/month. Pretty low-cost compared to other forms of financing. He needed no collateral and no financials for that $55k in approved financing. He had access to our 24/7 Learning Management System if he wanted to learn more about financing so he could continue to get the right kinds of financing as he and his wife grow their business. When Mr. Manzanaares came to us, he had a business entity and a chosen industry but no income/revenue so it was a true startup. We get people as much low-cost funding as THEY qualify for.
This complaint comes to us out of the blue. We didn’t get any phone calls or emails from Mr. Manzanaares. Of course, we can’t help if we don’t hear from someone. Furthermore, Mr. Manzanaares missed 3 scheduled appointments with our team in a row back on 10/31/2022, 11/23/2022, and 1/4/2023 so it’s been a year now since his missed appointments and our efforts to continue his engagement. He paid us $1,000 and then financed the remaining portion of his total fee of $3,950. Before we started with Mr. Manzanaares, we gave him a written, Custom Strategic Plan in which we put our expectations for him in writing. We told him to only expect $20,000 in the first 90 day and we got him over $50k. We exceeded that expectation. We certainly could have got him additional financing had he continued with the plan we gave him.
Here is exactly what we said to him in that written plan we gave him before he made his buying decision; this is a copy/paste from his plan:
Use LenCred's combo plan; utilize our personal loans API with 15+ unsecured lenders AND tap into our credit card algorithm to apply for credit cards...both personal & business credit cards...this will give you access to more financing, help you obtain some 0% money, and make your credit file better and more robust.
We aren’t sure how we could have been more clear with Mr. Manzanaares on what we were doing, how we would do it, and what to expect. We also couldn’t continue to assist him when he repeatedly didn’t show up for the scheduled time with our team.
Mr. Manzanaares, we’re here and we haven’t gone anywhere. If you want us to continue with some additional financing let us know. Like all our other clients, we can only help you get the kind of financing that YOU qualify for.
