They sent the wrong size frame and now I can't get in touch with them to do a return. I've tried calling, emailing and the contact us on their website but no response yet. I would like a refund or the correct sized frames that I ordered.

Company withdrew funds for an eyewear purchase and denied withdrawal, despite evidence from my banking institution. Attempted communication x6 via phone and email. Case opened with BBB and financial institution for fraudulent management of customer payment information despite unfulfilled order. This is not a reputable business and operates under multiple online identities. Read other posted consumer reviews before purchasing from this company. Buyer beware.

Well it’s been over a month and I can’t get anyone to respond to emails. No glasses. Didn’t have a problem charging my credit card. In all fairness business was interrupted by the fires, however I had to track them down to find that out. Delay after delay- promise me to give me updates on shipping day. Nothing. Very poor customer service. I am so frustrated. Something needs to happen quick to change my ratings or I am forced to contact my credit card company for fraudulent activity.

My story is exactly like another listed. The frame I ordered is likely unavailable. I damaged my long discontinued frame, so I was very happy to see I could get a replacement. I was shocked they charged my credit card, and they did not ship merchandise. Can't get customer service to return my calls or emails. Contacted credit card to dispute charge, hopefully, I will get my money back.

Omg!!! I got frames from them and they broke in 2 days. I contacted them through phone and email. They responded by email once asking for my information and I sent it and they never replied. Omg!!! I'm out of $190!! I got 2 broke frames and they both broke in the same place!! Trust me when I say.... Don't be a fool!! There should be laws against this modern day scam!!

Clickshades.com and Sunoptique.com are the same company. Read Sunoptique reviews. This company is NOT trustworthy.

I was looking for the a replacement frame the one my lenses fit, which had been discontinued. On the Clickshades.com site, it appears as if these frames are still available. Good price. I place my order. A message says successfully placed. Then I get an auto return mail saying that they will tell me my order is incomplete. Then later another saying that they will tell me if my order has been accepted or declined. I waited until noon eastern time when they open. Getting through is hit or miss. If you miss, you have to leave a message. I finally get someone. She tells me they will tell me later in the day if they can get the frames. I waited 4 hours and then called back. Again, hit or miss. On the 4th try someone picked up. Still no news. So I waited on hold until a college told me the bad and by this time expected news. Can't get the product. It is now end of my day on the east coast. I wasted a day with inoperative glasses thinking I had solved my problem when in fact I was in the same place I was at 8am that morning ...no glasses. The site is set up to funnel orders for stuff that may or may not exist at the manufacturer. The bait is a good price and manufacturers' catalogue. The reality is that the order you think you placed may be for nothing.
