I was having trouble and The VIP Support went above and beyond to explain to me in great detail what I could do to fix it, as far as making a video tutorial! They took time to make it personal rather than a quick referral to some article which is overdelivery in my book. I'm not a techie person and the thought of using something like tracking software started out being a nightmare in my mind. But in reality I've found it easy to setup, the support team are always (and I mean always) extra helpful in sorting out anything that I want to try but don't know how to, or looking at why my code might not be working. They really are a dream support team. I love the fact that they are always coming out with new features, keep abreast of new ad platforms and the integrations required. Highly recommended
